About This Role
- Execute high-volume tenant-to-tenant SharePoint Online and OneDrive migrations following strict runbooks across 24x7 shift patterns.
- Monitor migration jobs, identify and resolve common errors using standard playbooks, and perform validation checks to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain thorough ticket documentation and produce evidence packs for migration waves aligned with programme governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience executing production tenant-to-tenant SharePoint Online and/or OneDrive migrations, not limited to planning.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint/OneDrive constructs relevant to migration including sites, libraries, permissions, sharing, and metadata.
- Experience with recognized migration tools such as ShareGate, Quest ODM, or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a runbook-driven, high-volume factory model with mandatory shift handovers in a 24x7 operational environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating within strict process-driven environments emphasizing execution discipline and evidence-based reporting.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent migration jobs with rapid delivery tempo and proactive in risk escalation and resolution.
- Familiar with cloud collaboration platforms (especially Microsoft 365 ecosystem) with practical understanding of migration challenges and client environment sensitivities.
