About This Role
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for SAP applications, focusing on scalable and clean-core SAP solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead SAP ABAP development and engineering, ensuring high-quality standards including performance, maintainability, security, and supporting ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering, automation, and modern SAP development practices while providing technical leadership and collaboration across SAP and business teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–18 years of SAP technical experience including significant ABAP engineering and SAP solution architecture experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP ABAP, ABAP Objects, S/4HANA development, CDS Views, OData, APIs, RFC/BAPI, IDocs, and SAP integration patterns.
- Experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation, custom-code remediation, and application modernization; experience with SAP BTP and modern SAP development technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale SAP solution design with strong familiarity in clean-core architecture and reducing SAP customization.
- Proven technical leadership with the ability to influence architecture decisions and collaborate closely with cross-functional SAP and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity or exposure with AI/Generative AI tools and CI/CD automation in SAP engineering environments.
