About This Role
- Lead and deliver design and implementation of software solutions impacting multiple product lines at Built In.
- Manage end-to-end development of software products including analysis, system-level issue resolution, and collaboration with Product & Technology teams for new AI-enabled features.
- Mentor engineers to foster a culture of learning and elevate team performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years development experience in .Net focused on highly scalable web/backend systems.
- Experience integrating AI into existing or new systems; agentic workflow experience is a plus.
- Expertise in public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in Razor framework is a strong plus; experience with agile methodologies, observability, and continuous delivery is expected.
