About This Role
- Lead and enforce technical standards, coding practices, and tooling for C# .NET development teams ensuring quality, scalability, and security.
- Drive technology lifecycle management including evaluation, adoption, and retirement of technologies and architectures.
- Oversee architecture decisions, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and design CI/CD pipelines embedding DevSecOps and security best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in C# development; 2–3 years in a Technical Lead or equivalent role with direct responsibility for engineering quality and team outcomes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework), Azure or AWS cloud, Angular (v2+), and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Strong security experience including OWASP Top 10, secure coding, secrets management, and secure API authentication (OAuth2, JWT).
- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field; Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-204 or AZ-305) is advantageous.
