About This Role
- Design and implement automated testing strategies covering functional, integration, performance, and security aspects using tools like Selenium and Cypress.
- Drive test-first development methodologies (TDD, BDD) and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers while collaborating with developers and DevOps to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable test automation frameworks including vulnerability assessments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Quality roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar automation tools.
- Proficiency with TDD, BDD, trunk-based development, and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
- Bachelor’s or University degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable and secure test automation frameworks within enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical QA initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Kubernetes) and performance testing tools.
