About This Role
- Own end-to-end QA planning, test design, execution, and release validation for Exchange Traded Derivatives Clearing and Product Processor platforms with focus on post-trade workflows and regulatory reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Java, Cucumber, BDD frameworks covering APIs, batch, file-based processing, and back-end services integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, quality metrics reporting, and mentor QA team members to ensure production readiness and continuous improvement across global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering, preferably in financial services domain.
- Strong Capital Markets domain knowledge with hands-on experience in Exchange Traded Derivatives (Futures & Options) post-trade processing including clearing, margin, commissions, accounting, and regulatory reporting.
- Technical expertise in Java, Cucumber, BDD automation, advanced SQL for data validation, CI/CD tools, Git/GitHub, Linux, and cloud/container environments.
- Bachelor’s or University degree or equivalent experience.
