About This Role
- Lead delivery of talent strategy projects including workforce transformation, organization design, talent management, and employee experience.
- Develop proprietary tools/white-papers and support business development through client interaction and sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time MBA from a premier institute.
- 6-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with prior consulting experience.
- Role based in Gurugram or Mumbai with a hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
- Work Experience Required: 6-8 years in HR function; consulting experience preferred.
