About This Role
- Lead acquisition and onboarding of diverse talent, including A-list Bollywood celebrities and rising regional/digital creators.
- Pitch signed talent to brands and media agencies for traditional endorsements and pioneering AI-driven brand projects such as digital avatars and AI voice licensing.
- Own end-to-end deal negotiation and closure, ensuring clear usage rights, AI protection clauses, and smooth artist-brand relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in celebrity management, talent agency, influencer marketing, or media ad-sales in Mumbai.
- Strong existing network with talent managers, PR agencies, and celebrity circles in entertainment industry.
- Proven commercial deal negotiation skills and history of closing complex artist contracts.
- On-site work requirement in Mumbai; understanding of AI/deepfake/digital twin technologies relevant to brand endorsements.
