About This Role
- Lead end-to-end software system integration, verification, and validation for customer programs ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Define and govern software branch strategy, configuration management, and software part number control for generic and customer-specific releases.
- Drive defect triage, troubleshooting, log analysis, root cause investigation across hardware/software systems, and collaborate with development teams to resolve critical issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in C++/Java programming and Python or Selenium for automation testing.
- Experience in system integration with hands-on troubleshooting, log analysis, root cause investigation across HW/SW systems including software deployment on hardware.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix/Android systems, networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet), configuration management, defect management tools (JIRA, ClearQuest), and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling system-level debugging, software development, and integration for complex hardware/software environments.
- Ability to lead technical execution with ownership of release management and configuration control.
- Skilled in automation testing frameworks, regression testing, and requirement traceability matrix implementation.
