About This Role
- Own technical data management and reporting for Yardi Voyager 7S/Elevate, including custom SQL reports and automated processes.
- Lead property onboarding, data conversions, and master data management with adherence to IT General Controls and change management.
- Support Power BI administration, cross-departmental analytics, and mentor junior team members on Yardi data standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field (3-year degree acceptable with experience).
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager 7S/Elevate in a production environment.
- Strong technical skills in Yardi table structures, SQL report development, Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting, and ETL processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with global stakeholders; work independently in a distributed team setup.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in real estate or finance data platforms, preferably with commercial or industrial real estate exposure.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing standardized and scalable Yardi data processes.
- Able to work with global teams including US stakeholders, balancing independent ownership with collaborative engagement.
