About This Role
- Own driver onboarding and recruitment through outbound calls and video sessions, ensuring compliance and readiness.
- Manage live delivery operations by monitoring driver activity, planning and optimizing routes, and resolving real-time issues.
- Provide driver support including payment and scheduling queries, track KPIs, and collaborate cross-regionally to maintain operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 2–5 years experience in operations, support, or logistics, preferably with international exposure.
- Proven experience in driver or agent onboarding (calls/video) and managing live operational environments.
- Must be able to work rotational shifts including night shifts; office-based in Bengaluru.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced live logistics or last-mile delivery operations, with ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Comfortable with cross-regional stakeholder management and supporting international operations.
- Skilled in route planning tools, CRM, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and operational data analysis.
