About This Role
- Own end-to-end driver onboarding including documentation, compliance, and training across multiple international markets.
- Monitor and coordinate live delivery operations, supporting drivers and resolving issues to meet operational KPIs.
- Manage driver support queries, maintain driver availability, and drive operational improvements in collaboration with global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Customer Support, or Supply Chain.
- Experience onboarding drivers, delivery partners, or field agents.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts including night shifts, office-based Bengaluru location.
- Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has operational experience in last-mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, or startups supporting international markets (US, UK, Europe).
- Able to handle multiple priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment with direct operational decision-making authority.
- Strong communication skills across phone, video, email, and chat, fitting a role requiring real-time coordination and problem resolution.
