About This Role
- Lead Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles to drive delivery excellence.
- Mentor and train team members in Agile methodologies to foster continuous improvement and optimize agile processes.
- Manage program progress, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects complete on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 5 - 7 years of IT industry experience, including proven multi-project program management.
- Certified Scrum Master with minimum 3 years of hands-on Scrum experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced program manager with strong background in Agile and Scrum facilitation within IT projects.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively across cross-functional engineering teams and leadership.
- Familiarity with both technical and business terminologies and development background is a strong plus.
