About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of advanced machine learning models aligned with strategic business goals.
- Mentor and guide data science team members through hands-on project involvement and professional development.

Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist leading impactful ML/AI projects at scale.
- Expertise in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch), SQL, feature engineering, model evaluation, and error analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models and ability to rapidly adopt emerging ML technologies.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years. Location: Hybrid role based in Bangalore.
