About This Role
- Define and deliver regulatory-compliant, scalable, data-driven risk management solutions including Customer Risk Rating and Transaction Monitoring.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing compliance, technical constraints, and delivery timelines; translate complex business requirements into Agile Epics, Features, and User-Stories.
- Lead user acceptance testing, ensure regulatory and user architecture needs are met, and document processes for system implementation and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Sr. Business Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial crime compliance (AML, KYC, transaction monitoring) preferred.
- Work Location: Pune, India with Work from Home option; explicit notice period not mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering comprehensive Agile Epics, Features, and User-Stories for regulatory or compliance-focused products.
- Familiar with UX design techniques such as wireframes, flowcharts, and prototypes to support product development.
- Able to work cross-functionally between Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Business Operations in complex financial or regulatory environments.
