About This Role
- Support lower complexity business control and risk mitigation activities including risk assessments, policy adherence, and control reviews.
- Execute quality assurance and control processes focused on Wells Fargo Investment Management (WIM) Third Party Office to ensure program compliance.
- Produce and maintain regular reporting and documentation on third party activities and partner with business and external parties to support risk mitigation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months experience in risk management, business controls, quality assurance, compliance, or related field (including work experience, training, military, or education).
- Ability to perform quality assurance and quality control processes for third party risk programs.
- Must follow established risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 months related experience as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or familiarity with operational risk management, compliance requirements, and risk control methodologies.
- Capable of supporting risk evaluations, issue documentation, and development of practical risk mitigation solutions.
- Comfortable operating within defined risk parameters and escalating issues appropriately in a controlled governance environment.
