About This Role
- Lead production support and troubleshooting for JDE Order Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules, ensuring application stability and issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver training, maintain system and process documentation, and support data migration and business requirement analysis related to these JDE modules.
- Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders while mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements and application enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with JDE Worldsoft A7.3 Order Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MBA.
- Proficient in SQL for ERP data analysis and experience in business requirement analysis, gap identification, and solution design.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years with specified JDE modules
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong functional expertise specifically in JDE Order Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules with hands-on experience in production support and troubleshooting.
- Experience working in Agile or SDLC environments and ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
- Comfortable leading training initiatives, documentation, mentoring, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in ERP application management.
