About This Role
- Own and execute complex functional, automation, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for IT product rollouts.
- Develop and implement comprehensive application testing strategies in collaboration with project managers, UAT professionals, and users.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to project standards and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle, including quality metrics and risk identification.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in an IT Quality role.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of testing processes and Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to perform traceability, root cause analysis, and quality audits across projects.
