About This Role
- Lead and manage HR Shared Services delivery across APAC region, including HR Direct, Data Management, Talent Acquisition Operations, Learning Operations, and in-country HR support.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing service management, process standardization, continuous improvement, and performance metrics.
- Champion AI-enabled and self-service HR solutions to improve employee experience and operational efficiency while leading a geographically dispersed team.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant experience leading HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or related functions in a global, multi-country environment with organizational transformation experience.
- Proven people leadership managing sizable, multi-location, multicultural teams including managers.
- Strong expertise in service management, process improvement, performance metrics, and stakeholder management with senior HR and business leaders.
- Working knowledge of Workday and contact-center/case-management platforms; experience within APAC (including India/China) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading transformation and scaling of HR Shared Services or service-center operations in complex global contexts.
- Ability to partner effectively across HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and country HR teams to deliver compliant and employee-focused HR services.
- Demonstrated success implementing HR technology, automation, or AI-enabled solutions to modernize HR service delivery.
