About This Role
- Lead end-to-end gathering and management of requirements for AI-enabled financial product capabilities, translating business needs into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, partner with Scrum teams for sprint planning, grooming, and UAT, and drive validation and sign-off of acceptance criteria with QA and engineering.
- Evaluate AI/ML automation feasibility, collaborate with data science/engineering for training data and success metrics, and monitor post-launch performance for iteration.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Program Management in technology environments.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation (BRDs, functional specs), and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML product concepts and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- University degree preferred; Work Experience Required: 8-15 years in relevant roles; Location: Pune.

- Experienced in AI-driven or automation product initiatives within financial services or asset management domains.
- Able to manage complex stakeholder relationships across business, technology, compliance, and vendors to align priorities into coherent roadmaps.
- Comfortable translating ambiguous business needs into detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and working closely with engineering and data science teams.
