About This Role
- Lead and deliver large-scale global IT projects involving SAP, Non-SAP applications, M&A initiatives, and Technology Operations ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and scope compliance.
- Manage resources, risks, and vendor relations to optimize project outcomes and financial targets, applying global project management standards and processes.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers while contributing to process improvements within the PMO organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Project management certification or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of experience leading international IT projects, with at least 6 years managing large, complex IT projects across diverse domains including SAP, Non-SAP, M&A, and Technology Operations.
- Work Model: Hybrid (based in Airoli, Maharashtra, India).

- Experienced in managing enterprise-wide SAP transformation and complex IT projects internationally, capable of engaging stakeholders across organizational levels and cultures.
- Proven ability to lead multifaceted teams and projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies to deliver integrated IT solutions globally.
- Skilled in resource negotiation, risk management, process optimization, and mentoring project managers to enhance maturity and delivery excellence.
