About This Role
- Lead the entire product lifecycle for personal loans, from ideation to release and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, and technology to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Use data analytics to monitor business performance and ensure timely delivery and quality of product features.
Minimum Requirements
- Full-time MBA degree.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in BFSI/Fintech industry.
- Experience with data-driven analysis and project management to deliver product features on time.
- Location requirement: Goregaon, Mumbai (Kotak Infiniti).
