About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and support scalable, secure full stack applications with Java, ReactJS/Angular, using microservices and API-first architecture.
- Lead cloud engineering and platform modernization initiatives on AWS, leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Drive engineering excellence via CI/CD, automated testing, mentoring, code reviews, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver business-impacting technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with full stack application development using Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Proficient in AWS cloud services (ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/RDS), Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years

- Experienced in leading large-scale cloud transformation or application modernization programs in Agile environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Java backend and ReactJS/Angular frontend development with secure coding and DevSecOps knowledge.
- Collaborative operator skilled at cross-functional, multi-geography teamwork and capable of uplifting engineering standards and practices across teams.
