About This Role
- Operate and troubleshoot firewall systems including Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS, covering configuration, policy management, routing, VPN, HA status, and security log analysis.
- Manage cloud network platforms with emphasis on Microsoft Azure networking components such as VNets, ExpressRoute, Route Server, network security groups, and virtual firewall appliances deployment.
- Support security operations through policy hardening, incident triage, vulnerability awareness, and contribute to operational processes including change management, documentation, ticketing, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
- Basic knowledge and hands-on skills with Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto Networks firewall systems including CLI and GUI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure networking services and networking fundamentals like VLAN, subnetting, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
- Educational qualification: BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Work Experience Required: 0-2 years relevant experience.
