About This Role
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and workflows.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server technologies ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements to ServiceNow solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide scripting.
- Experience with core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM and with Flow Designer and custom application development.
- Onsite role in Chennai, India; preference for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex integrations and automate business processes using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Flow Designer.
- Experienced in partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with multiple teams to drive continuous platform improvements.
