About This Role
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Kotlin, and Python focusing on integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI features.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks including design, implementation, and ensuring production readiness, scalability, and reliability of services.
- Implement AI-driven automation and frameworks to reduce hallucinations and improve system reliability, contribute to monitoring, observability, and security practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software design and development with JVM-based technologies (Java, Kotlin).
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI features into backend applications.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), databases (NoSQL and SQL), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Work Experience Required: 2–4 years in relevant backend development and AI integration.

- Experienced in building scalable and resilient microservices with AI and automation focus, demonstrating ownership of end-to-end feature delivery.
- Proficient in JVM ecosystem frameworks like Spring Boot or Micronaut with knowledge of reactive programming and event-driven architectures.
