About This Role
- Lead and manage the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle including customer master data, credit setup, invoicing, cash applications, collections, and contracts ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
- Oversee a team of 30+ FTE, ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end closings, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and query workflows.
- Collaborate with local markets, corporate controllership, and stakeholders to secure approvals, update SOPs, support audits, and drive process improvements and system implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification required.
- 15+ years of accounting experience in Business management (OTC), Third party client Management, or Shared Services (GCC) setups.
- Prior proven team leadership experience managing 40+ FTE.
- Must be able to work on US shift timing (5:30 pm – 2:30 am) and work on-site in Gurugram.

- Experienced in full lifecycle Accounts Receivable management with strong knowledge of customer data, credit setup, invoicing, cash applications, and collections.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and interact effectively daily with internal and external client teams, including corporate controllership.
- Skilled in process improvement, operational risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
