About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, Python-based credit risk management platforms focusing on analytics, workflows, and reporting.
- Drive integration and enhancement of credit risk systems collaborating with risk, product, and technology leadership to enable new products and improvements.
- Provide technical leadership including architecture design, engineering standards enforcement, and mentoring of mid-level engineers while ensuring compliance and enterprise-grade governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15 years of application development or systems engineering experience in complex environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with microservices architecture, API development (FastAPI, Pydantic, Django), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and production operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM field (Master’s preferred).

- Senior engineering leader skilled in architecting scalable, resilient microservices for credit risk platforms within large enterprises.
- Experience applying AI and GenAI capabilities to automate workflows and advanced analytics in regulated financial environments.
