About This Role
- Own the backlog and product lifecycle for platform capabilities serving engineering and analytics teams from discovery to adoption.
- Collaborate with engineering to build standards and tools that enable product teams to instrument solutions and publish usage data to a centralized platform.
- Drive adoption of shared capabilities by supporting onboarding and retiring one-off data collection approaches, linking platform capabilities to customer success outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with internal platforms, developer tools, or data products.
- Experience delivering platform capabilities used primarily by engineering or analytics teams.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo) including event taxonomy and instrumentation design.
- Working knowledge of SQL and modern data platforms; experience with Databricks, medallion data modeling, or Azure data services is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in technical product management focused on platform capabilities for engineering and analytics consumers.
- Skilled in translating customer insights and data into clear product requirements and continuous improvement using data-driven validation.
- Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones using agile methodologies and modern tools for product delivery.
