About This Role
- Manage day-to-day oversight and service delivery of fund accounting teams to ensure NAV/yield accuracy and SLA compliance.
- Lead resolution of operational issues, implement workflow improvements, and maintain regulatory compliance in fund accounting operations.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, conduct performance reviews, and oversee staff hiring and development.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Fund Accounting with accounting background preferred.
- Work experience at Big Four, fund house, or accounting firm preferred; CPA/ACCA certification is a plus.
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
- Work Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Coimbatore, Chennai, or Mumbai.
