About This Role
- Manage and support the end-to-end security master data synchronization across Front, Middle, and Back Office platforms to maintain data integrity and operational health.
- Conduct gap analysis of client requirements versus project scope and standard product offerings, including support for new client onboarding and process enhancements.
- Document and update detailed operating procedures, perform root cause analysis for exceptions, and assist with production support and validation of new releases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in asset management, specifically with Security Master data, price, and security reference data.
- Strong knowledge of asset management operations and financial products, with proficiency in process mapping/documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant domain

- Experienced in Security Master Data Management and Reference Data Operations within asset management focusing on Equities, Fixed Income, and other asset classes.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills including root cause analysis, data investigation, exception resolution, and process optimization.
- Experienced in production support, incident management, and maintaining data quality controls with ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
