About This Role
- Lead architecture, development, and full lifecycle management of AI Agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to standardize data connectivity, skills, and tools.
- Own full stack development including design, coding, testing, and production support ensuring scalable, secure, and enterprise-integrated agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to drive technical reviews, integrations, delivery execution, and implement testing and observability for AI features.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- 6+ years of experience programming in Python (preferred), Java, or Go, with front-end JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
- Proven experience shipping production AI applications incorporating LLMs, MCPs, or AI services at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), technical leadership, and code review processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of guiding teams and external contractors while managing medium-to-large AI feature projects independently.
- Strong background in AI-native product development, including implementing retrieval-augmented generation and managing complex AI orchestration frameworks.
- Proficient in cloud software architecture, modern front-end frameworks, vector databases, and scaling AI features to 100k+ users in enterprise environments.
