About This Role
- Develop and implement AI Agents, MCP servers, and tooling to integrate LLM and generative AI capabilities into products.
- Lead end-to-end development including design, coding, testing, and production support for AI-native application experiences.
- Drive technical reviews, partner with internal teams and external contractors, and establish testing and observability for AI features.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience using Python (preferred), Java, or Go, including front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven experience delivering production-scale AI/LLM-based applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building AI-native applications with practical know-how in AI Agent development and embedding retrieval-augmented generation patterns.
- Skilled in cloud software architecture and system optimization with leadership experience in technical direction.
- Familiar with advanced AI orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and modern front-end frameworks for highly interactive applications.
