About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-enabled software solutions for commercial products and internal processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure software systems.
- Contribute to software development lifecycle activities including coding, design reviews, documentation, and adherence to Agile and NPI processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years software engineering experience with Python, Java, .Net, C, C++, Javascript/React, and AWS.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Experience with web technologies and version control systems in an industrial context.
- Relocation assistance available (implies possible relocation requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI/ML models into software products and working in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
- Comfortable with Agile and New Product Introduction processes and maintaining high code quality standards.
- Skilled in both backend and frontend technologies and cloud services (AWS), with effective communication across teams.
