About This Role
- Lead and own enterprise AI products and programs end-to-end including roadmaps, KPIs, and business ROI.
- Manage intake and roadmaps for AI platforms like AI assistants, MCP connectors, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Design and execute cross-functional models to streamline production and drive AI adoption and measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in product management, technical program management, strategy, transformation, or management consulting.
- 3+ years dedicated to AI, data, automation, or enterprise platform initiatives.
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows, plus foundational AI/ML knowledge.
- Strong executive communication skills; able to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced transformation leader with a product-management mindset oriented to enterprise capabilities and platform architecture.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity by creating structured roadmaps, operating models, and tracking business KPIs and ROI.
- Background in fast-paced enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity preferred, especially with Go-To-Market systems and large-scale tech transformations.
