About This Role
- Lead treasury finance service delivery including month-end close, reconciliations, and US GAAP financial statements within an Assurance practice.
- Manage and develop teams focusing on training, mentoring, KPI monitoring, process improvements, and delivery under tight deadlines.
- Drive operational excellence and client communication across multiple priorities in outsourced treasury finance processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10-12 years of total work experience required.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Treasury finance processes essential.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience includes 7+ years in Big 4 audit with familiarity in SEC disclosures and Treasury products.
- Skilled in leadership of managed services in treasury finance client delivery and process optimization.
- Capable of guiding teams through ambiguity while ensuring professional standards and independence requirements.
