About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, debit/credit management, and month-end close across India, US, and Canada.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific tax/legal requirements (GST, TDS, 1099, HST/PST) and maintain internal controls including ICFR/SOX.
- Manage and develop a team of 5–6 AP professionals, coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience with at least 3–5 years in team leadership.
- M.Com degree; Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant preferred.
- Experience with multi-country AP operations (India, US, Canada) and strong knowledge of AP processes, vendor management, and month-end close.
- Proficiency in enterprise ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics and strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.
