About This Role
- Support financial planning, reporting, performance analysis, and business improvement activities for the UK Finance team in Pune.
- Maintain and enhance reporting models, datasets, and Power BI dashboards; deliver variance analysis and insightful financial commentary.
- Assist with data quality, reconciliation, forecasting, budgeting, and Workday-related reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related discipline.
- Strong Excel skills with experience handling large datasets and data validation/reconciliation.
- Location requirement: Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with financial and operational data analysis supporting business decision-making in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Power BI or similar visualization tools; familiarity or willingness to learn Workday or similar planning/reporting systems.
- Detail-oriented and process improvement focused, capable of supporting finance transformation efforts and enhancing reporting processes.
