About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders to inform technical and functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design and implementation.
- Create reports and dashboards for leadership to facilitate data-driven strategic decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL and Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Experience with requirement-gathering techniques such as BRD, FRD, and user stories.

- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, and finance.
- Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC understanding.
- Skilled in delivering data-driven insights and translating business needs into technical solutions.
