About This Role
- Own end-to-end AWS cloud platform architecture, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, EKS cluster operations, and DevSecOps implementation for critical banking applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps, platform, and automation engineers, establishing engineering standards and conducting design reviews and incident response.
- Drive cost optimisation and governance in a regulated financial services environment, including audit compliance and Security Posture management.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–9 years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud DevOps with production exposure to EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS/Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience operating in regulated environments, preferably banking or financial services with RBI IT governance awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Base location: Bengaluru; hybrid work model.

- Strong leadership ability with experience mentoring teams and leading cross-functional collaboration in complex cloud environments.
- Deep expertise in multi-account AWS architectures, secure deployments, observability, and FinOps practices tailored for mission-critical financial applications.
- Proven track record operating within tightly regulated domains, familiar with audit requirements, compliance evidence, and security frameworks in banking.
