About This Role
- Execute and manage functional, integration, system, and UAT testing for EPPM, CBP, and CIM applications in a banking transformation program.
- Develop and maintain test scenarios, cases, documentation, and ensure adherence to testing standards and quality deliverables.
- Identify, log, track defects and collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to support resolution and quality assurance during UAT cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, Defect Management, and working knowledge of defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Core Banking domain.
- Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing banking modernization or core banking-related applications (EPPM, CBP, CIM).
- Skilled in bridging communication between technical teams and business users, especially during UAT and defect triage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and exposure to legacy/mainframe technologies and migration testing is a plus.
