About This Role
- Provide incident response and manage security vulnerabilities across the organization as part of the 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Analyze, monitor, and correlate security events using multiple technologies to detect, triage, and escalate security incidents effectively.
- Develop and maintain threat and vulnerability management programs, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders to mitigate risks and drive remediation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4-7 years of experience in security operations and incident response, preferably at L2/L3 level.
- Expert networking protocol knowledge and hands-on experience with security tools such as IDS, Firewall, Rapid7, EDR, and Microsoft security suite.
- Willingness and ability to work shift hours including day and night shifts, independently managing vendor interactions and driving calls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SOC team member with a strong background in vulnerability and threat management.
- Able to effectively communicate and coordinate between business executives and technical personnel to implement security processes.
- Skilled in using various security technologies for detection and response as well as in tuning security tools for improved incident visibility.
