About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle Cloud Finance modules (AP, AR, CM, EXP, GL) ensuring solutions align with best practices.
- Drive all project phases including design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare while managing risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor junior consultants, conduct workshops, and contribute to practice development through creation of accelerators and reusable assets.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in Oracle Finance with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Completed at least 2–3 full end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects with module-level delivery ownership.
- Proven hands-on knowledge of key finance processes: AP, AR, CM, EXP, GL, and Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report cycles.
- Experience with data migration (FBDI templates), system integrations (REST/SOAP), OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting.

- Experienced functional consultant familiar with consulting and global delivery environments, capable of leading workshops and business discussions independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to act as trusted advisor to finance process owners and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive scalable, optimized Oracle Cloud Finance solutions and lead a team while contributing to practice growth.
