About This Role
- Provide L3 support and technical leadership for Hitachi Vantara enterprise storage platforms and Cisco SAN environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot storage provisioning, replication technologies (TrueCopy, Universal Replicator, GAD, ShadowImage), and Cisco MDS SAN switches including zoning and FC connectivity.
- Lead incident management including P1/P2 incidents, root cause analysis, problem management, and coordinate storage migrations and DR activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in L3 support for enterprise storage and SAN environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Hitachi VSP/VSP 5000/VSP E storage platforms and Cisco MDS SAN administration.
- Expertise in FC, WWPN/WWNN, zoning, VSAN, LUN masking, multipathing, and Hitachi replication technologies (TrueCopy, UR, GAD).
- Location requirement: 100% onsite at BKC, Mumbai with 24x7 shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large enterprise production environments with advanced troubleshooting skills for storage and SAN.
- Capable of managing high-severity incidents (P1/P2), including coordination with vendors and leading RCA and problem management.
- Skilled in cross-team collaboration with Server, VMware, Database, Backup, Network, and Application teams and mentoring L1/L2 support teams.
