About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise network and wireless infrastructure ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Prepare and execute High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), including configuring and deploying routers, switches, and Wireless-LAN devices for greenfield and brownfield deployments.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including network migrations, change windows, testing (FAT/UAT), rollback plans, compliance enforcement, and cross-functional coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in large-scale enterprise or data center network rollouts.
- Technical skills in OSPF, EIGRP/IS-IS, switching technologies, SD-WAN fundamentals, ACL and port security, WLC, RF planning tools, NAC integration, and basic Python/Ansible for configuration deployment.
- Preferred certification: Cisco CCNP Enterprise/Wireless or OEM equivalent.
- Experience working with multiple OEMs and performing network migrations and deployments.

- Experienced senior network engineer with deep expertise in enterprise network and wireless infrastructure design and implementation.
- Strong execution and risk mitigation skills capable of managing critical change windows with minimal downtime.
- Comfortable with technical documentation, cross-team collaboration, and working with diverse vendor equipment in large-scale projects.
