About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG architecture, Agentic AI, and Azure AI services.
- Build scalable AI architectures integrating enterprise data, vector databases, semantic search, and multi-agent workflows with human-in-the-loop control.
- Lead, train, and mentor development team; establish DevOps pipelines, engineering standards, and ensure timely, quality delivery of AI solutions aligned with business needs and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total technology experience including 5+ years in hands-on enterprise application development and 3+ years in AI/GenAI development with LLM-based applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in Azure cloud environments and deploying AI workloads; expertise in Python and APIs, microservices, backend development.
- Mandatory experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, AI agents, Azure AI platforms, MCP server integrations, DevOps (GitHub Actions, CI/CD), and Enterprise AI solution delivery.
