About This Role
- Lead strategy, design, and delivery of learning and development programs aligned with business priorities for a US-based team.
- Manage end-to-end development program operations including registration, facilitator onboarding, vendor coordination, and financial forecasting.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver measurable value through technology-enabled and data-driven learning solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, including team management.
- Experience designing and managing L&D programs using instructional design and data-driven approaches.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad or Bengaluru; shift timings 11 AM - 8 PM or 2 PM - 11 PM IST.

- Experienced in partnering with business stakeholders to align learning strategies with multiyear business goals.
- Skilled in using agile and human-centered design methods with data analytics to continuously improve learning interventions.
- Has managed budgets and learning vendor relationships, ideally with professional services exposure.
