About This Role
- Plan, execute, and operationalize learning and development programs including design, development, and delivery of learning components.
- Manage virtual and blended learning activities including content curation from existing curricula across modalities.
- Analyze learning consumption data, maintain reporting, support compliance, manage project costs, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
- 5-7 years of related professional experience is required.
- Demonstrated project and program management experience including managing multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with virtual/blended learning and content curation from diverse curriculum modalities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in learning and development with project/program management skills in complex, multi-task virtual environments.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with AI tools, instructional design techniques (including Gen AI), and professional services environment preferred but not mandatory.
