About This Role
- Manage design, development, and delivery of virtual and blended learning programs aligned to business goals for a US-based client.
- Plan and operationalize learning strategies and development programs while analyzing learning data, tracking budgets, and forecasting costs.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional learning project teams, ensuring quality deliverables and escalating risks as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7–10 years of experience in learning and development plus project or program management.
- Experience with virtual/blended learning programs, instructional design, curriculum planning, content curation, and review of instructional deliverables.
- Shift timing: 6 PM to 3 AM IST; Location: Hyderabad or Bengaluru.

- Experienced in consulting-style learning solutions with measurable business impact, supporting US-based clients.
- Skilled at managing end-to-end learning programs including strategy execution, risk management, and budget oversight.
- Comfortable working in professional services environment and using GenAI tools for learning content development.
