About This Role
- Perform end-to-end Quality Assurance on AML investigations across Retail Banking and Crypto domains, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide coaching and structured feedback to analysts to improve quality and productivity, acting as a Subject Matter Expert and trainer on AML concepts and domain specifics.
- Maintain quality dashboards, drive calibration discussions, support process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to close quality gaps and meet SLA requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any stream from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6 years of AML experience in Crypto, Transaction Monitoring System (TMS), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), or related processes.
- Mandatory experience in training/coaching analysts, conducting knowledge sessions, and providing performance feedback.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or as per project requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding quality and productivity benchmarks in AML roles involving Crypto and Retail Banking domains.
- Experience acting as a team-level SME for process queries, escalations, and quality guidance with strong client and internal stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance quality control responsibilities with coaching, stakeholder management, and operational deliverables, showing ownership mindset and readiness to operate beyond individual contributor level.
